• RSS Feed Access: When you access an RSS feed, we collect the feed identifier (code), your browser's user-agent string, and your IP address.
• Newsletter Support Request: When you request support for a new newsletter, we collect the newsletter URL you provide, your browser's user-agent string, and your IP address.
• Error Tracking: When errors occur during email processing, we may collect the email subject line and the name of the newsletter handler that encountered the error.

2. Unique Identifiers

For server-side analytics, we generate a hashed identifier (fingerprint) based on a combination of your user-agent string and IP address. This allows us to track usage patterns without storing personally identifiable information. The fingerprint is a one-way hash that cannot be reversed to obtain your original IP address or user-agent.

3. Use of Data

The data collected is used for the following purposes:

• To analyze usage patterns and understand how users interact with our service.
• To monitor the performance, reliability, and availability of the application.

• IP addresses are hashed before storage

Data collected through the n2rss application is stored securely. Server-side analytics data is stored in our database with appropriate security measures to protect it from unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification. Client-side analytics data is sent to and processed by PostHog's servers located in the European Union.

We implement technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your data, including: encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews.

6. Data Retention
